Coming Soon Program Frequently Asked Questions
We will place your listing in our Listings 2 Leads site and then create a Facebook post which we will tag with your realtor page and boost it to the area surrounding the listing.
Bright allows a listing to be in coming soon status for 21 days. We recommend having the listing in coming soon status for at least 10 days to fully benefit from this program.
All that you are required to do is to place the listing in Coming Soon status on Bright with a picture of the front of the house. The staff receives an email when a listing is placed and we will put it in our program by the next business day (Listings placed Friday after 5pm will be placed Monday).
We will use 3-5 photos from Bright and place them on Listings 2 Leads. Send any specific photos or instructions to adminki@executiveagent.net and we will place these along with the pictures in L2L.
